Land Plots Thailand
The land plots range in size from 360 sq.m to 1857 sq.m with some adjacent plots still available in phase 2. The huge sea view infinity edge swimming pool was officially opened in January 2009 and is located on Soi 400 in the centre of the development. Construction typically takes 12 months but may be longer depending on the size of the building and specifications. Payments are paid in stages in line with construction 30% at start, 30% at window height, 30% when roof structure complete and 10% when house is completed and accepted.
Luxury Villa Rentals
Villa rentals are usually not around for long as we get calls on a daily basis from agents and companies looking to house the large amount of corporate executives that work in the regions many industrial areas. 2 to 5 bedroom detached houses fall into the 50,000 to 150,000 Thai Baht month price bracket. A security deposit of 2 months and 1 month rent in advance is required. Contract duration varies between 6 months to 1-3 years depending on requirements. Additional costs including utilities and maintenance are in the range of 10,000 to 30,000 month depending on the size of the property and individual habits.
